This is a beautiful 1800s Victorian garnet and seed pearl bar pendant that used to be a brooch. It would be the perfect "something old" for a bride to be. The garnet is in the center and is surrounded by seed pearls and gold work that give the shape of an evil eye. This piece is solid 15k solid yellow gold and the bails added are 14k yellow gold.
Garnet FYI - Garnet is the birthstone for January and the 2nd Anniversary Stone / Gift.
This pendant is from an estate sale and I did have this pendant checked for the authenticity of the stones and the metal so I do guarantee the stones, metal and age.
